Staying at the hotel was a good experience overall. The rooms, while comfortable and clean, were not particularly stylish despite being classified as superior and coming with a higher price tag. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us, even helping with lost baggage and early morning arrangements. The location was excellent for exploring the sights of Belem and getting around easily, but the dining experience stood out the most with its exceptional offerings. The facilities were adequate, though nothing particularly outstanding.

The hotel offers modern, sleek, clean, and spacious rooms. The service is efficient, and the location is conveniently near the Pasteis de Belem Bakery. The dining experience is incredible with a variety of delicious options. However, some areas of the hotel may be past their prime.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were meticulously clean and had a very nice, modern atmosphere, complete with marble bathrooms. Although my room was right next to the air conditioning machine, it was even better than expected thanks to a private patio. I stayed in one of their 'superior' rooms, which was rather expensive but worth every penny.
